1. How much is the shipping cost?
• All orders are covered by free standard worldwide shipping, there are 20USD extra fee for expedited shipping.
2. How long will it take me to get the goods?
All the bags on our website are customization orders, it takes 25 to 35 working days to handcraft the bags. (Saturday and Sunday excluded), after the bags ready, we will ship by below shipping options:
• Standard shipping transit time 15-25 business days. 【Free Worldwide Shipping】
• Expedited shipping transit time 10-14 business days.【Extra shipping fee 20USD】
Please note, your local customs ofhce may reguire additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the astimated delivery time.
All packages have specific tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking number after shipping out your order, and you can check the status of your order online through the "Order Tracking" on our website.
3. What transportation company do you use?
•Free/standard shipping, we use express companies such as CNE, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or EMS, depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping, we will use priority service of the express.
4. What about tariffs and taxes?
• Taxes are related to the recipient's region. The order may require customs duties and taxes, and you will bear these costs.

5. Wrong address statement
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly.
